Today's message

As the wave of Kings injuries continues, Terry Murray talked this morning about what the Kings need to do in order to maintain a high level of play…

MURRAY: “You have to respond the right way. There’s still a challenge to play the game, and you’ve got to play with intensity. You need to play smart. That’s where the message was here this morning, more than any other area, was to just play the game, meaning team play is what is going to get you through difficult spots in a season, with the number of injuries. If you’re constantly getting caught in between, you end up just chasing the game, and it’s too hard that way. So trust your system, trust that your teammate is going to do the right thing, and you can get through some difficult times.”
