Scuderi update

Rob Scuderi will miss a third consecutive game with his lower-body injury. Terry Murray said Scuderi was “working out, off ice, in the weight room today and doing all of the movement drills. He’s getting closer. I want to say day to day with him.”

Since the injuries to Scuderi and Ryan Smyth leave the Kings without any healthy spare players, Murray was asked about calling up a player from Manchester. As I posted earlier, Dean Lombardi is with the Monarchs this week, getting a look at the players.

MURRAY: “We’re going to make do with what we have here right now, in this game tonight. We’ll see how this one unfolds. Then we have a couple days to make a decision.”
