Lewis out again

Trevor Lewis will be a healthy scratch tonight, for the sixth time in 11 games this season. Lewis is without a point this season, but Terry Murray indicated that he’s looking for more from Lewis.

MURRAY: “He’s getting better. He was better than what he was in the Columbus game. I thought his game in Columbus, he was on his heels, he was not on top of the puck, he wasn’t intense on the puck and maybe a little bit of the flu set in with him too at that time. Maybe being weary at the end of the road trip might have been a part of it, but he has to bring that tenacity. He has to be on his toes and really hounding the puck, establishing puck possession, the first guy in on the forecheck. That was a little bit better the other night, but he needs to continue to work on his game.’’
