`Bench press'

Since it’s still a little too early for me to form coherent thoughts, I wanted to share something with you that got posted on the Kings’ website yesterday. Assistant coach Jamie Kompon wrote a long article/blog, going very in-depth about what happens behind the bench and as the Kings prepare for games and review them. I know that not everyone is a fan of the coaching staff, but it’s really an interesting read for everyone. It talks about how they break down scoring chances, run the power play and penalty kill from the bench, etc. You can check it out here:

Rules for Blog Commenting
