Locker-room reaction

To use two simple words: not good. The players held a medium-length meeting after the game, after which coaches spoke. Very down in the locker room about blowing another lead on the road. Murray said that the players’ illness made things tougher, but he about as upset as I’ve seen him right after a game. He said the answer to the illness problem was to enhance the checking game, something he said the Kings fell well short on. I’ll get as many quotes posted as possible from the airport.
