Drewiske update

Davis Drewiske, out since Jan. 4 with a shoulder injury, continues to get closer to a return. Drewiske is still skating in practice with a red (non-playing) jersey, but Terry Murray said today that Drewiske is “ahead of schedule” in his rehab. Murray declined to estimate when Drewiske might return, but said it was possible Drewiske would accompany the Kings on their upcoming five-game road trip, with an eye toward playing at the end of it…

MURRAY: “We want to take him, to get on the ice in practice and be a part of the team. I need to discuss that with the medical staff, but that’s what I would prefer, so that if it’s possible to get into the last game or two, it would be great.”
