Leslie traded to Golden Knights for future considerations

The Kings traded defenseman Zac Leslie to the Vegas Golden Knights for future considerations.

The 24-year-old Leslie had one goal and four assists in 26 games this season. Last season, Leslie had five goals and 18 assists in 65 games with the Reign. In 121 games in his AHL career, he had six goals and 27 assists. He was picked in the sixth round of the 2013 NHL Draft (178th overall) by the Kings.

Last summer, the Kings re-signed Leslie to a one-year, two-way contract.

This was the first trade between the Kings and the expansion Golden Knights. Vegas said Leslie will join the AHL’s Chicago Wolves.
