Postgame Video: Stothers Preaches Patience with Reign

The Ontario Reign fell to the Bakersfield Condors tonight, 2-0, to open the home schedule of the 2017-18 campaign.

Ontario fired 17 shots in the first period, but were held to 15 the rest of the contest as the Condors capitalized on the home squad’s misfortunes for a 1-0-0 lead in the 10-game regular-season series.

Tonight’s shutout marked the second against the Reign this season and the second in the past three games. Head Coach Mike Stothers urged the media following the contest to be patient with this Reign group.
