Shore sent back to Manchester, Privitera released from PTO

The Reign announced on Thursday that forward Quentin Shore has been reassigned to ECHL-Manchester and defenseman Alexx Privitera has been released from his PTO.

The 22-year-old younger brother of Kings forward Nick Shore, Quentin was in his second visit with Ontario this season. Shore returns to the Monarchs after 13 games with the Reign in which he scored one goal and carried a plus-one rating. With the Reign, Shore was used in a fourth-line role.

Reign head coach Mike Stothers revealed earlier this week that Privitera, 24, suffered an undisclosed injury last Friday in San Diego. The 5-foot-11, 194 pound right-handed defenseman appeared in 19 games with the Reign, registering six assists and a plus-five rating.
