POSTGAME NOTES

–The Reign improved to 16-6-5-0 overall and 9-2-4-0 on the road as they defeated Stockton (16-9-2-1), which lost its fourth straight game. The Reign moved into first in the Pacific Division and won their fifth straight game. They improved to 2-1-0-0 against Stockton this season.

–With two assists, T.J. Hensick extended his point streak to six games (2 G, 7 A) and continues to lead the team in points with 25 (9-16=25).

–Michael Mersch became the first player on the team to hit the 10-goal mark with his first period power play goal.

–Paul LaDue had a two-goal game (including the empty-netter) and now has three goals in the last two games.

–Teddy Purcell (2 G, 7 A) extended his point streak to six games with his late assist on LaDue’s ENG.

–Goalie Jack Campbell made 33 saves to improve to 13-3-2. He made his 12th straight start.

–The Reign were outshot, 34-30. LaDue finished tied for a game-high five SOG.

–Defenseman Alex Lintuniemi will be back in the lineup, head coach Mike Stothers told ORI earlier today. Lintuniemi has missed the last 10 games and has not played since December 12 due to a lower-body injury.
