November 17 postgame notes

-With the win, Los Angeles improved to 42-83-17 all-time against Philadelphia, a record that includes a road mark of 20-41-9. The Kings have points in five straight road games against the Flyers (4-0-1).

-Los Angeles improved to 4-1-0 against the Eastern Conference and 3-1-0 against the Metropolitan Division.

-With a road record of 5-1-0, the Kings have the most wins and points through their first six road games in franchise history.

-Los Angeles has recorded power play goals in six of the last seven games and is 11-for-35 (31.4%) with the man advantage over the last 13 games.

-The Kings’ streak of 15 consecutive penalty kills ended on Shayne Gostisbehere’s first period power play goal. They are 24-for-26 on the penalty kill over the last eight games.

-Drew Doughty appeared in his 542nd career game, surpassing Sean O’Donnell for fifth place on the Kings’ all-time list of games played by a defenseman.

-With his third period assist, Tyler Toffoli earned his 100th career NHL point (47-53=100) and extended his point streak to five games (1-5=6).

-Milan Lucic has goals in three straight games and four of the last five (4-0=4).

-Tanner Pearson has eight points (2-6=8) in the last seven games.

-Los Angeles attempted 65 shots (40 on goal, 14 blocked, 11 missed). Philadelphia attempted 62 shots (38 on goal, 12 blocked, 12 missed). Brayden Schenn led all skaters with eighth shots on goal and 10 shot attempts.

-The Kings won 21-of-59 faceoffs (36%). Among regular performers, Anze Kopitar won 5-of-20, Andy Andreoff won 4-of-7, Nick Shore won 4-of-8, and Jeff Carter won 8-of-24. Claude Giroux won 24-of-28 faceoffs for the Flyers.
