-With the win, Los Angeles improved to 76-80-39 all-time against Edmonton, a record that includes an away mark of 37-44-18. The Kings improved to 10-1-1 in the last 12 games against the Oilers.

-Los Angeles improved to 4-3-0 against the Western Conference and 2-3-0 against the Pacific Division.

-The Kings have won five games in a row. During the winning streak, they have led for 191:26 while their opponents have led for 1:22.

-Tanner Pearson’s game-winning goal was his first goal since January 8, 2015 against the New York Rangers.

-Tyler Toffoli’s four-game goal and point streaks were snapped.

-With his assist on Jeff Carter’s goal, Milan Lucic extended his point streak to three games (1-3=4).

-In 18 career games against Edmonton, Jeff Carter has scored 14 goals.

-In 35 career games against Edmonton, Anze Kopitar has 34 points (10-24=34). By scoring his 221st career goal, he is one goal behind Charlie Simmer (222 goals) for seventh place on the franchise’s all-time list.
