Before we head to rink for the 1:00 p.m. practice, here’s the audio of my appearance with Mike Ross and Mick Kern on SiriusXM’s NHL Network earlier today. We discussed the Calder Cup, the Monarchs’ ability to rely on players past their top line, and the performance by Canucks and Comets goaltender Jacob Markstrom before moving on to Mike Richards. Let’s not forget the stick tap to Bruce Bolton for the audio.
