Hello, Manchester; series snapshot

We’re technically not on the road, so I’m going to withhold the “Good Morning” post for the first morning in Utica. And, alas, there were no Munters units outside the hotel window to gaze longingly at. But we’re here in the Granite State – KingsVision and I – and we’re excited to continue Calder Cup coverage beginning with the lead-up to tonight’s Game 1 at Verizon Wireless Arena.

According to the AHL, the 295 miles separating Manchester and Utica is the shortest distance between teams in the Calder Cup Final since 1989, when Adirondack and New Haven met. Here’s the series snapshot:
