On the mood of the team returning to Staples Center:
The mood is good. I mean we’re still in good position coming home. I think everybody had a good day yesterday getting ready for today. I think we’ll be good.
On whether they had a strong performance in Game 4 despite the loss:
Yeah, I mean we can obviously still play better and we’ll have to play better tonight to close it out. I think there were some positives, yes, but there was also some stuff we can improve on and we’re going to look to do that tonight.
On the improvements they want to make for Game 5:
I think just make it harder on their goalie. Obviously he’s a good goalie and the shots he’s going to see he’s going to stop more often than not. Just get in front of him, make it tough on him and try to get a couple ugly ones.
On whether they have discussed the 2012 Stanley Cup:
No, not really. That was obviously a totally different run, if you can call it that. There is some stuff you can take from, but we don’t talk about it too much.
On whether they are physically wearing down New York:
We’re just trying to play our game, really. That’s a part of our game plan, is to try and play physical and fast. Whatever the shots were, it doesn’t really matter. We just have to execute our game plan, manage the puck and not give them the opportunity to use their speed.
