Three days after Darryl Sutter informed reporters that Robyn Regehr was dealing with a knee injury and had not yet resumed skating, the veteran Kings defenseman joined a small group of players midway through Sunday’s optional practice at Toyota Sports Center. Though there is no timetable for Regehr to return to the lineup, today’s skate obviously represents a step in the right direction in his recovery.
