On the game:
We had a chance. We shot ourselves in the foot a bit on near goals. Give them credit, they’re an opportunistic team. But we made a couple of mistakes that ended up in our net.
On how they played:
We were alright. It took us a little bit to get into the game. I think we were a little bit sloppy in the first, everybody. Then we started getting it going a bit. Like I said before, we made some mistakes and they capitalized on them and we didn’t capitalize on our chances.
On the adjustments they can make for Game 2:
It’s Game 1. You have to look at tape and make adjustments throughout a series. This is going to be no different. It’s 1-0 them and we know that we can play better and we’re just going to have to play better next game and try to bear down on our chances.
On whether they got a lift from Chicago’s disallowed goal:
Yeah we did, it’s a momentum swing. I’m not sure of, obviously, the call but fortunate for us. We got one. We were creating momentum and Keith got a little bit of a lucky bounce there. But give them credit, they capitalized on their chances tonight. We didn’t.
