-With the win, the Kings improved to 102-132 all-time in the playoffs, a record that includes a road mark of 45-78.

-Los Angeles is 8-2 when facing elimination since 2011 and 21-20 all-time when facing elimination. The Kings are 6-0 in elimination games this postseason; only five other teams have won at least five elimination games in a single postseason (NYI/1975/8, 1987/NYI/5, 1994/VAN/5, 2003/MIN/6 and MTL/2010/5).

-Los Angeles became the first team in NHL history to have won consecutive series in a single postseason while losing three straight games in each series.

-The Kings are 6-4 all time in Game 7s. This is the first time in franchise history that Los Angeles played two Game 7s in one playoff year.

-This was the fifth time the Kings overcame a 2-3 deficit to win a best-of-seven series. The other four times: 1969 vs Oakland, 1989 vs Edmonton, 1993 vs Toronto and 2014 vs San Jose.

-Los Angeles is 8-1 in their last nine playoff series. They have played 52 playoff games since 2012, the most in the NHL.

-Since losing the first three games of their first round series against the Sharks, the Kings have gone 8-3 overall and 5-1 on the road.

-Los Angeles is 11-44 (25.0%) on the power play in the last 12 games.

-Mike Richards, Anze Kopitar, Marian Gaborik, Kyle Clifford, Justin Williams and Jeff Carter contributed with multi-point efforts.

-Mike Richards, Marian Gaborik and Justin Williams improved to 6-0 all-time in Game 7s.

-Justin Williams has 11 points (5-6=11) in the last 11 games. He has 12 points through his six Game 7s, having posted six goals and six assists. He posted a team-high four shots on goal.

-In 33 regular season and playoff games with the Kings, Marian Gaborik has 31 points (14-17=31). He leads the NHL with nine playoff goals and is tied for second with 15 points.

-Anze Kopitar has points in 13 of 14 playoff games (5-14=19). Dating back to the regular season, he has points in 16 of the last 17 games. Kopitar’s 53 career playoff points (58 GP; 18-35=53) rank fourth in club history behind Wayne Gretzky (60 GP; 29-65=94), Luc Robitaille (94 GP; 41-48=89) and Dave Taylor (92 GP; 26-33=59).

-Mike Richards’ multi-point game was his first since January 21.

-Drew Doughty and Jeff Schultz tied with a game-high three blocked shots.

-The Kings attempted 53 shots (30 on goal, 11 blocked, 12 missed). The Ducks attempted 61 shots (27 on goal, 17 blocked, 17 missed).

-Los Angeles won 39-of-64 faceoffs (61%). Among regular performers, Mike Richards won 10-of-14, Anze Kopitar won 12-of-18, Jarret Stoll won 11-of-23, and Jeff Carter won 6-of-9.

The Kings are scheduled to practice at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning before flying to Chicago.
