Puck Daddy pied

Greg Wyshynski understood the grave mistake he made in setting up a bet with Bailey prior to the Kings-Sharks series.

“I just want to apologize to the Kings and their fans for being stupid enough to pick San Jose to win anything in the postseason,” he said.

During the second intermission of Game 4, the Puck Daddy editor took five pies to the face – one pie for the win differential in the San Jose series, plus four pies for the overall goal differential – and the time came to pay up.

Fans bid on the chance to pie Wyshynski, with $1,125 in proceeds raised towards the Kings Care Foundation.
