On the feeling in the dressing room:
It’s a pretty good feeling when you win, right? So the guys are confident and we just have to stay with it. Sometimes in games when you get up by three or four, you can get away from good habits and maybe a little bit tonight. But for the most part, I thought we were okay. We took some penalties and let them back in a little bit, but other than that we were pretty solid tonight.
On the offensive strategy:
We’re getting pucks to the net. We’re getting bodies to the net. Some are going in right now – pucks are going in right now. It’s rewarding to see. I thought we’ve been good like that all year and to see some go in is nice.
On defending against Edmonton’s attack:
They’re pretty good off the rush and they look to that to gain offense. We have to have good gaps – defense and forwards – to eliminate the rush play, because they’re pretty good at it. They had some chances off the rush and we have to look at some stuff, but for the most part we were pretty good.
On Alec Martinez:
Mar-ti-nez? He’s hot.
