Super Bowl open thread

After chatting with Darryl Sutter and several Kings at practice today, the Denver Broncos appear to be the preferred team of players within the Kings locker room. Though at the collegiate level the states of Utah and Colorado are often at odds, Denver is the closest NFL market to Salt Lake City, and Trevor Lewis followed in his father’s footsteps in supporting the fellow Mountain Time Zone team. “I just kind of inherited it and liked them ever since,” he said after practice today.

In support of the Broncos – the preferred team of LAKI and fellow Kings blogger John Hoven – I present you MetLife stadium in a Mile High-themed sunset.
