Audio: Quick hits with Jaden Schwartz

Jaden Schwartz, tied for second in the league with a plus-25 rating, has been a force in all situations for the St. Louis Blues, having earned a regular shift while at even strength and during special teams situations. His 16:57 average ice time per game is nearly four and a half minutes higher than his average ice time from the 2012-13 season. With 15 goals and 32 points, the emerging sniper recorded goals in six consecutive games in late December and will carry a shooting percentage of 15.7 percent over the first 95 games of his NHL career into tonight’s contest.

The Colorado College product who represented Canada twice at the World Junior Championships spoke with LA Kings Insider following St. Louis’ morning skate.
