Nearly 50,000 tickets sold for Stadium Series game

At the Dodger Stadium media event on Monday afternoon, Los Angeles Kings President, Business Operations Luc Robitaille said that nearly 50,000 tickets have been sold for the January 25 Stadium Series game between the Kings and Anaheim Ducks.

“We’ve got just about 50,000, so we’re there,” he said.

Robitaille also noted that ticket sales will cap out at 54,000. With that capacity, a game in front of a sold-out crowd is all but certain.

Photos and videos from today’s event at Chavez Ravine will be posted shortly.
