December 2 postgame notes

-Los Angeles improved to 70-94-24 all-time against St. Louis, including a home record of 45-36-13. The Kings have beaten the Blues in five straight regular season games; including playoffs, Los Angeles is 15-3-0 in the teams’ last 18 head-to-head matchups. Including playoffs, the Kings have won nine consecutive home games against St. Louis, dating back to the 2011-12 home opener.

-Excluding shootout goals, Los Angeles has allowed two goals or less in 13 straight games, a club record. They have allowed 18 goals over the last 13 games.

-The Kings have killed off 44 of the last 47 power plays dating back to November 7, 37 of the last 39 power plays, dating back to November 14, and 11 consecutive power plays.

-Los Angeles is 0-for-20 on the power play over the last six games.

-The Kings haven’t allowed a first period goal in the last seven home games.

-Los Angeles is 52-11-12 in regular season games in which Mike Richards records a point (for the Kings).

-Dustin Brown has two goals in his last 24 games.

-Tyler Toffoli is tied for fifth in the league with four game-winning goals.

-The Kings registered 52 hits to the Blues’ 31. Anze Kopitar finished with a game-high seven hits, while Colin Fraser and Jordan Nolan recorded six each.

-Mike Richards and Drew Doughty were both credited with five giveaways. No other player on either team was credited with more than two.

-Los Angeles won 37-of-62 faceoffs (60%). Among regular performers, Mike Richards won 9-of-15, Anze Kopitar won 6-of-11, Colin Fraser won 4-of-6, Jarret Stoll won 12-of-19, and Jeff Carter won 6-of-11.

The Kings are scheduled to skate at 10:00 a.m. at Toyota Sports Center on Tuesday, December 3.
