November 14 postgame quotes: Tanner Pearson

On getting the puck of his first NHL goal:
Yeah. I actually took a picture with it earlier and I gave it back to the equipment guys for them to take care of it.

On his reaction to the goal:
A dream come true. I mean it wasn’t the hardest of shots, but I guess it crosses the goal line. It’s a goal in the books. So I‘ll take it.

On having the Pearson, Vey and Toffoli line reunited late in the game:
I think it ups your confidence if the coach has confidence in you. We went down, battled hard and ended up getting that goal.

On playing against New Jersey:
They had a good series a couple years ago, and luckily these guys came out on top. We will go in there and hopefully I play [in] the game. We will see what happens.
