-The Kings fell to 41-55-19 all-time against the Sabres, which includes a record of 16-31-10 on the road. Los Angeles has one win in their last 13 visits to Buffalo.

-The Kings have out-shot their opponents 16 times in 18 games. With 45 shots, they registered at least 42 shots for the third time in seven games.

-Dwight King tied his career high with five goals. He is on pace for 22.8 goals.

-Drew Doughty logged a game-high 30:05 of ice time, his highest ice time total since logging 33:25 in a 2-1 overtime loss to Edmonton on January 24, 2013.

-Mike Richards extended his point streak to five games (3-6=9). He has 12 points (5-7=12) in the last nine games.

-Justin Williams has 11 points (5-6=11) in the last 10 games.
