Quick notes on LA’s late picks

The Los Angeles Kings selected:

6th round, 178th overall
6-foot D Zack Leslie, a mobile defenseman who posted 40 Pts (12-28=40) in 68 GP with OHL-Guelph

7th round, 191st overall
6-foot-1 LW Dominik Kubalik, a Czech import who posted 34 points (17-17=34) with OHL-Sudbury

The Kings traded their 208th overall pick to New Jersey for a 7th round pick in the 2015 draft. The Devils used the pick on Shattuck St. Mary’s goaltender Anthony Brodeur, son of Martin Brodeur.
