Video: Touchdown in Chicago

I wish we could say we’re in Chicago, but Kings HQ this weekend is actually based amidst the hotel cluster of suburban Rosemont, Illinois, just outside the periphery of car rental companies and extended parking lots that ring busy O’Hare International Airport. In previous visits to Chicago we flew in and out of Midway Airport and stayed across the street from the John Hancock Center, though that wasn’t possible for the current stay. Instead, we’re at a comfortable hotel in a quieter location. You’ll get a better feel of the surroundings in tomorrow’s Good Morning post.

Here was our completely uneventful landing at O’Hare, where some scattered storms gave way to partly cloudy skies upon our evening arrival:
