April 2 postgame notes

-The Kings finished the season series against the Coyotes with a 3-2-0 record (2-0 home; 1-2 road). Anze Kopitar led all scorers in the season series with six points (3-3=6). Jake Muzzin finished the season series with five points (2-3=5) and a plus-7 rating. After a plus-1 effort Tuesday, he is a plus-11 since the beginning of March.
-The Kings finished their five-game road trip with a 3-1-1 record.
-The Kings averaged 37.4 shots per game over the road trip and took exactly 40 shots three times (St. Louis, Dallas, Phoenix).
-The Kings have 12 games remaining (seven home, five road).
-The Kings are 2-3-1 in Jonathan Quick’s last six starts.
-Justin Williams has goals in four straight games (4-0=4). He was the only King to record a point Tuesday night.
-Dustin Brown recorded a season-high 21:47 of ice time.
-Alec Martinez finished a minus-3. He took three shots, had one attempt blocked, and did not register any hits or blocked shots.
-The Kings won 24-of-58 faceoffs (41%)
-Anze Kopitar won 7-of-21 faceoffs (33%)
-Martin Hanzal won 16-of-24 faceoffs (67%)
-Boyd Gordon won 11-of-16 faceoffs (69%)

The Kings are scheduled to practice at 12:00 pm at the Toyota Sports Center on Wednesday, April 3.
