On the atmosphere at Honda Center:
“When the crowd hates each other as much as that, and it gets that loud, that’s what this sport is all about. I thought it was cool.”
On Cam Fowler’s status:
“He obviously is not feeling very well right now. We haven’t determined exactly what it is. If you saw the replay, Stoll hit him pretty good from behind. I can understand why the refs didn’t call it…the one was getting taken out, there was another fight going on, but surely, I saw the numbers when Stoll hit him. They have to have a look at that. He might be OK tomorrow or he might be out for a while. I don’t know.”
Stoll may get a game or 2 for that hit from behind…stay tuned

@puck73,
I think it’s more akin to the hit Kaleta got in Toronto than the one on Lovejoy in Pittsburgh. Fowler kind of fell as Stoll made the hit. I think that Stoll should have let up when he saw numbers, but I don’t know that he was totally to blame there.

@KingMe20, …..not sure man….based on the Kings previous misfortunes with the powers that be, Richardson better sharpen his blades….

Looked to me like Fowler stopped right in front of Stoll and then Stoll ran into him and fell over him.

Nothing to look at. If he hadnt tried to put the brakes on so late stoll would have ridden him into the boards from the side. Rookie mistake. But i love all the stuff anaheim fans are posting everywhere about how fowler should cheap shot stoll next time n beat his face in – blah, blah blah…. They do realize their talking about cam fowler right?!?! Dude couldnt hurt a sedin if he tried! Id love to see em try!
Horrible game. Only upside Was kings fans louder than anaheim fans in their own building…..again!
