On scoring tonight: “It’s just nice to get it out of the way. You definitely think about it. I’m just happy I was able to contribute for a big win.”
On the team coming together tonight: “Every time you’re on the road you need to play a team game. You want to roll four lines. Our PK come up big again. Yeah, we gave one up on the five-on-three, but killed everything else. Our power play can be better, but we got two points and that’s what we want.”

@KC23, I hope so, DS is riding DD, and RS pretty hard, with the compressed schedule, their going to need somebody else to help out and pick up some of the hard matchups. Don’t think you’ll see DD2 and Muzzin out there much against the sisters Monday, or killing any penalties

@JD, Not trying to be negative DD2 and Muzzin got thrown into a tough situation, and are doing a good job, but doughtys big minutes and tough matchups would wear anybody down. DS is going to be put in a position where he’s going to have to trust all is d men in critical situations

Just keep going to the net, and shoot it works every time
