Kings Of The Road

While we wait for the Kings to take the ice for their Morning Skate, here are a couple notes…

Including last season’s playoffs, the Kings are 14-2-2 in their last 18 road games (4-1-2 in regular season and 10-1 in playoffs).
The Kings have had a .500 or better road record the last three seasons.

The Kings will play 11 of their next 14 games on the road.

As long as they play better than they did Saturday. I don’t think they could play much worse. Chicago looked far superior in all facets of the game. I drove up from SD but still enjoyed the day and seeing the cup and banner.

    Let’s go boys!!!!!

@RobSD, Our system is more complex than Chicago’s, so there’s was easier to get into quickly. Once we start making the crisp passes, and Quick starts making saves, we should get back to old form.

@vinny, The bad angle Kane goal was the weakest, don’t you think?
I’m firmly in the ‘didn’t-look-himself’ camp.

I hope the road dominance continues this year. We need to come out with a better effort than the last game because we can’t afford to fall behind in the standings. Lets go Kings and show everyone that last year was not a fluke.
