Andrew Bodnarchuk, who was recalled from Manchester yesterday, joined the team and skated this morning. Here’s what he had to say about his recall…
“I’m excited for the opportunity to get in some games. It was nice to come up to LA for training camp, so it doesn’t really feel like I left. I’m excited to be here and I’ll be ready if called upon.”
“I got to know the guys during camp. John Stevens was in Manchester earlier in the season and was teaching us the Kings system, so I’m familiar with what is expected.”
“I know my game that’s the reason I’m here. I’ll do what I do well and keep it simple.”
I hope you do what you do and yes score a goal for our team tonight?
Go Kings Go!
Keep the posts coming pretty cool

Gee wiz! I thought there was nobody in Manch. If I read some of the comments here correctly, DL didn’t build one of the deepest talent pools in the NHL to draw from in case of an injury (and I think every team will suffer them this season), he just accumilated trade fodder.

@Dominick, in 1 game we went from the best blue line in the NHL to an ‘ehhhhhh’ blue line.

@Dominick, Can you win in the NHL with 4 defensemen with 150 or less games? That’s the problem.

Anyone else a little bitter that we passed on the safe (and highly ranked) Karl Alzner and tried for the homerun with the highly mobile (but projected 2nd or 3rd rounder) Thomas Hickey?
