Scouting the Devils

This is Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals between the Kings and the New Jersey Devils. The Kings lead 3-0 in the best-of-seven series. The Devils are expected to make two lineup changes, with Petr Sykora going in for Jacob Josefson on defense, and with Henrik Tallinder going in for Peter Harrold on defense. Tallinder is a big-bodied veteran defenseman who was a lineup regular for the Devils until he was sidelined in January because of issues related to a blood clot. Sykora played in all 82 regular-season games for the Devils. The Devils have faced elimination once before in these playoffs. In the first round against the Florida Panthers, the Devils trailed 3-2 in the series but won Game 6 at home, 3-2 in overtime. The Devils then won Game 7 in overtime, 3-2.
