Tuesday (non-)practice update

The Kings stayed off the ice today but met in El Segundo. Anze Kopitar, Jeff Carter, Drew Doughty and Darryl Sutter talked to media members afterward, with the standard quotes about maintaining focus heading into Game 3. Sutter will shake things up a bit and hold Thursday’s morning skate at Staples Center, something the Kings have done only a handful of times in recent years. Sutter is known to prefer having his teams to skate at the arena, but Staples Center’s schedule often complicates that. The team will practice in El Segundo tomorrow, with a start time around 10-10:30 a.m. More notes and quotes to come…
