Scouting the Blues - LA Kings Insider

This is Game 2 in the best-of-seven, second-round playoff series between the Kings and the St. Louis Blues. The Kings lead the series 1-0. As noted earlier, the status of Blues defenseman Alex Pietrangelo will be determined before pregame warmups [UPDATE: Pietrangelo is not expected to play tonight] and the Blues are expected to swap their first- and second-line wingers and make one change at forward, with Matt D’Agostini coming in to replace Chris Stewart. D’Agostini had nine goals and nine assists in 55 regular-season games. The Blues will be looking to do what they did in the first round against San Jose: win Game 2 after losing Game 1 at home. The Blues have been strong of the penalty kill of late. Including their final three regular-season games, the Blues have allowed a total of only two power-play goals in their last seven games.
