Blues ready for race to two?

Like two boxers before a heavyweight fight, the Kings and Blues trained apart today, with the Kings skating at Scottrade Center while the Blues practiced at their training facility. Both teams have ice time reserved at the arena tomorrow morning, but given the slightly earlier than usual start time (6:30 p.m. local), it’s not known how the teams might utilize that morning-skate time. Here’s a sampling of the news from Blues practice today, with coach Ken Hitchcock preparing much like the Kings are, for a low-scoring series. “Somebody’s going to have to score two goals,” Hitchcock quipped.
