Morning in Vancouver

The odds of getting the same hotel room on back-to-back trips aren’t strong, but it happened here in Vancouver. That’s good news on a quiet, cool, beautiful morning. Since this is the third morning with the same window, here’s a couple different look, including the final one for the loyalists who might wonder if Munters has a Canadian cousin. Both teams have ice time reserved this morning. It’s not known exactly what the Vancouver Canucks are doing, but given the 5 p.m. start time, the Kings will have only their scratched players skate at 10:30 a.m.

FINALLY GAMEDAY. i dont think Daniel will be as effective bc as we’ve seen with other players (like Richards, Doughty, and Toews..) players coming back from concussions have a good first game back then disappear….im looking for the King-Richards-Carter line to step up. Its about time they do. Quick will be amazing as always. Lets Go. I want to see handshakes tonight.

In order to win tonight we need key players to stand up and take control. Has anybody heard the dustin brown trade? All joking aside I expect carter – richards and doughty to pull this win out of the hat tonight.(score tonight)
    Kopi brown elevate the puck
Martinez voynov and mitchel slam that puck as hard as you can right at the goaltender rebounds may be the key.

Come n take this thing to the next level KINGS we are here, and we got your back!!

    Saturday’s results.
    Washington takes down Timmy. Yes.
Blues take out the Sharks. Not a Blues (Kings next opponent) fan, but that’s alright.
Chicago outlasts Phoenix. Yes. Press it to 7 straight OT games, but have something left for the Preds.
    Ottawa (a # 8 seed) bests NYR (a # 1 seed). Excellent. Seriously excellent.
The NJ Beelzebubs vs the ‘tell-me-again-why-Miami-has-a-NHL-franchise’ franchise — isn’t there a way they can both lose?!

One thing that’ll make Sunday better than Saturday – Kings closing out the Canucks.

So it’ll be Schneider, that’ll be tougher than Luongo. If it has to be 32 and 23 yet again, so be it, but it’s tough to go to the same wells every game, it would sure help if Richards was seeing more puck into the VAN net than the LAK net for a change, or at least breaking even. Time for some of LA’s giant contract guys to play like they’re worth all that cash.

    Carter? Isn’t he just a $6.5M rumor?

30 years ago I took my son Ryan to his first hockey game. He has been a King fan ever since. He played youth hockey for 3 years. After each King game He’d call and we’d discuss what had happened. Four weeks ago Ry was in a terrible accident at work and has been in critical condition and in a coma at the Grossman Burn Center. Yesterday he came out of the coma. I brought him up to date with the Kings. Today he will be watching. Win this one for Ryan Maloney, guys. GO KINGS.
