The is the fourth and final meeting of the season between the Kings and the Minnesota Wild. It follows the Kings’ 5-2 win in Los Angeles on Nov. 12, the Wild’s 4-2 win in Los Angeles on Dec. 8 and the Kings’ 4-0 win in Minnesota on Feb. 28. In the season series, the Kings have scored one power-play goal and allowed one power-play goal. The Wild, after a brilliant 20-7-3 start to the season, fell hard, with a 9-25-7 record over their next 41 games. Out of the playoff race, the Wild have rebounded with three wins in their last six games, nice home wins over Vancouver, Calgary and Florida. The Wild are 5-for-19 on the power play in their last seven games.
