If you just can’t get enough of Dean Lombardi’s thoughts on the Jeff Carter trade, below you can check out the entire conference call from tonight, plus a bonus interview Lombardi did with Daryl Evans for KingsVision. During the conference call, Lombardi was asked about the potential for more trades before Monday’s deadline and he said, “Right now, I have absolutely nothing.” Lombardi, of course, is a law-school graduate, so he knows the importance of saying things in just the right way. That’s important because TSN’s Bob McKenze, as impeccable a reporter as they come, reported tonight that the Kings would entertain trade offers for Dustin Brown.
