Monday skate update; Voynov out

Slava Voynov will miss tonight’s game and be replaced by Alec Martinez. Darryl Sutter said Voynov took big hits in two consecutive games and is “banged up.” Voynov did not skate this morning.

Simon Gagne also is not yet back on the ice, and for the first time, Sutter confirmed that Gagne has a concussion. Sutter said Gagne might get evaluated by a doctor again tonight.

Jonathan Quick was the first goalie off the ice, so he’s the likely starter. More notes and quotes to come…
