Scouting the Canadiens

This is the only meeting of the season between the Kings and the Montreal Canadiens, and remember that it carries an unusual start time of 12:30 p.m. It’s been an odd season for the Canadiens, who started 1-5-2, then pushed themselves over .500 and now are 0-2-2 in their last four games. This is the last game of their three-game West Coast road swing. The Canadiens might make one change on defense, and we’ll see what the Kings’ lines end up looking like, with the possibility that Trent Hunter might fill a third-line role.
