Scouting the Blackhawks

It’s the first of four meetings this season between the Kings and the Chicago Blackhawks. The Kings were swept by the Blackhawks in four games last season, and scored more than two goals in only one of those games. The Blackhawks have been a bit streaky. They had a three-game winning streak, a three-game losing streak, a four-game winning streak and a three-game losing streak before they rallied in a big way yesterday afternoon to beat Anaheim 6-5. This is the end of a six-game road trip for the Blackhawks, who rank second in the league in goals per game and tied for 20th in goals against. For the latest on the Blackhawks, check out the coverage from the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times and ESPNChicago.com, followed by the expected lineups for both teams and Chicago’s full roster…
