Matt Greene’s postgame thoughts…

(on the game…)
GREENE: “They capitalized on turnovers and we didn’t. When you play these guys, there are shifts when you’re in your zone for a little while, but tonight it was way too much. We turned pucks over and played right into their game. They had a great game. A lot of their guys were playing really well. We played right into their system like that, so they’re going to have great success.”

(on the special-teams play…)
GREENE: “They had a good power play and we could be better on penalty kills. We got to make plays out there.

(on the Red Wings…)
GREENE: “They have guys who play their system really well and as gifted as they are, they’re a really good defensive team. We turned the puck over in the neutral zone and we paid for our mistakes.”
