Penner to injured reserve

The Kings put Dustin Penner on the injured-reserve list today because of his hand injury, meaning he will miss at least the next two games (the injured-reserve listing is retroactive to Nov. 10). There’s no immediate word on whether anyone will be called up from the AHL, although it certainly wouldn’t be surprising, given that Kevin Westgarth is the only healthy “spare” forward on the roster (although Davis Drewiske has also played wing in the past).
