Sunday practice update

After practice today, Terry Murray said he hadn’t yet decided whether to use today’s practice line combinations in tomorrow’s game, but indicated that it would be a way to try to increase Dustin Penner’s offensive production. Jonathan Quick will start against San Jose and Jonathan Bernier is scheduled to start Tuesday against Nashville.

It was a bit of a rough morning for two Kings. Mike Richards showed up with five fresh stitches, after taking a stick to the face, and Drew Doughty had a shiner around his left eye after being hit by a puck. More notes and quotes from practice to come…
