Wednesday practice; Teubert to debut?

It’s a normal morning at Kings practice, with everyone on the ice and the same lines and pairs as yesterday.

The more interesting news comes from the north, as the Edmonton Oilers have called up defenseman Colten Teubert from the AHL in place of forward Linus Omark. Teubert was a first-round pick of the Kings in 2008 who was traded to Edmonton last season in the deal that brought Dustin Penner to the Kings. The great Jim Matheson of the Edmonton Journal has reported that because of Andy Sutton’s suspension and Cam Barker’s injury, Teubert would be on track to make his NHL debut Thursday against his former organization. More notes and quotes from practice to come…
