Monday practice/Penner update

A few things from practice…

— Terry Murray said Dustin Penner is still feeling the effects of the “contusion” — now called a knee contusion — that he suffered in Saturday’s fight. Penner’s status for tomorrow’s game is still to be determined.

— Murray said the original timetable for Drew Doughty’s return — 7 to 10 days — remains accurate.

— Slava Voynov will play tomorrow and partner with Willie Mitchell. Davis Drewiske is likely to be the healthy scratch among defenseman.

— Jonathan Quick will start in goal.
