The Kings and Phoenix Coyotes are playing split-squad games tonight, and the game at Staples Center will be webcast on LAKings.com with a radio call on 1150-AM and affiliates with Nick Nickson and Daryl Evans. I’ll have updates here, as well as from the game in Phoenix. At Staples Center, Jonathan Quick is scheduled to play the first two periods, followed by Martin Jones. In Arizona, it should be Jonathan Bernier for two periods and Jeff Zatkoff for one. For some more pregame thoughts, Daryl talked this morning with Terry Murray, Jarret Stoll, Jordan Nolan and Trent Hunter…

So awesome they’re streaming this live tonight! Thanks to the Kings Organ-Eye-Zation for this! Hope it becomes a trend. The rookie games were great to watch and Daryl Evans did a superb job.

@Todd M., He is the ‘Bizarro’ legend, but extra points to you for posting it! The real Legend plays in the KHL.
Here’s the real legend: http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/teams/players/bio/?id=5315
See, sometimes just having the same name as the legend can do wonders for your game.

@Cynic,
Juraj is so awsome that he can fill 2 spots in the time continium and the galaxy as we know it will not collapse on itself.

@Cynic, Are we sure they’re not brothers and their dad named them all the same like George Foreman did? He named every one of his 5 sons George.
Juraj Mikus, a name so nice, he named his sons twice.

I remember last summer trying to go between the radio broadcast, and the live stream, on a split squad game, and I kept screwing it up. Complaining about too much Kings action happening at once should never happen for a Kingsfan, but it did.
I’ll try not to screw it up this time.

Only bummer about tonight outside of Gagne not playing is that I can’t wear my jersey because its got Boo Doughty’s name on it. I really love that kid, but its just too disappointing to even look at that jersey.

@Cynic, are you sure? I heard that he can play any position and can shoot lightning from his star…

@Todd M., He can absolutely play any position and shoot lightning from both places. Whether or not he can simultaneously play in two different places at once at different ages with different features is difficult to prove, but if anyone could do it, I’m sure Juraj Mikus can.
Problem is, just as Superman has his Bizarro, Juraj Mikus, Superman’s REAL father, has his own Bizarro as well.
One dead giveaway that it’s the Bizarro Juraj Mikus and not the real one is that he’s playing for Toronto. Obviously a legend would know better.
Besides that, who won in ’93? Doesn;t it make sense that the loser of that series would have an evil twin of our true legend? Huh? Huh?

@Cynic,
You can tell who is the Bizarro Juraj Mikus because he ambidetrous.
The real Juraj Mikus could call his left hand “Rosie”, and it would still be the right hand.

Dammit, I already drank a couple 22s and his thing aint gonna start for another hour 15. Finally I understand the need for two hours of bumper-to-bumper LA traffic!
