The Kings evened the first-round series 1-1 as they earned a split in San Jose. Drew Doughty had a two-goal, two-assist game, and his four-point effort tied the franchise playoff record for mots points in a game by a defenseman. Doughty had a four-point game last year against Vancouver, and Paul Coffey had a four-point game in 1992.
